If you were a participant or beneficiary of the Estee Lauder Companies 401(k) Savings Plan (the “Plan”) from the period September 22, 2014, through January 11, 2024, your rights may be affected by a proposed settlement of this class action lawsuit.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
